I have had the fortunate opportunity to have Ms. Snapp as my consultant for the first ever meeting of my Executive Leadership Team which is composed of 16 senior managers who are located in various remote parts of the country.  This was a team who had historically operated independently for many years prior.  Our operational focus since that time has been night-and-day different.  Unlike many other types of training this group had received before,  this is the only one that has worked.  I directly attribute this to the skills of Ms. Snapp and her vast experience in group management.

When it came time for my managers to take their own teams through sessions, every one of them without exception, requested Ms. Snapp by name to design and attend.  This fact alone is a significant testimonial to her effectiveness.   Her  style, knowledge and ability to tailor her delivery to the needs of the group were truly impressive.
