Start Here ...When in doubt, begin with an assessment: Figure out where you are going by examining where you are. Use a free coaching session to get started. Don't overlook the fundamentals! The basics need regular refinement and practice.

Although I do not presently conduct training activities in the UK, I do know that extending your leadership capabilities can be done by phone coaching. In-person trainings for the leader-manager are generally a terrific investment, once you locate the right consulting company.
