Incorrect Coaching and Leadership Style

Leadership is an interesting quality. Many attempt to exhibit it, but few achieve at doing so successfully.

Basically, there are two categories under which leaders fall. One holds true, encouraging leaders while the other holds those who attempt at being one but whose methods fail.

The worst leader I have come to know was actually a coach on the football field. He displayed the worst qualities of a leader. Being pessimistic and bashing the morale of all players accomplishes nothing. Every practice, even before games, he would constantly, mentally harass the players. Rather than boosting our confidence, he made all of our prior accomplishments seem minute.

When a leader of any kind takes a business, or sports, team and puts the members beneath himself, success is a hard item to find. Staying optimistic and uplifting is the key.
