Objectives

Integrate new findings in neuroscience coupled with proven behavioral standards.

Develop initial steps in authoring your leadership story for a future that you intentionally define.

Approach

Use the power of story to examine what your leadership story looks like. Take control of authorship of it. Rewrite what needs a change. Leverage recent discoveries in the neuroscience of leadership about brain function to help make the change enduring.

This course will include conceptual introductions, interactive discussions, student assignments and introspection, videos, and confidential 1:1 coach sessions with a certified leader coach.

Recognize the authorship of your leadership story

Format:

The course will be presented in three 3-hour sessions, two weeks apart.
Each participant will have 3 coaching sessions by a certified Leadership Coach during the in-between week.
