Should I apply for team lead?

I working for a BPO in India as Sr. Customer Service Executive. I got an opportunity to become a team lead. But the thing is, in our project there won't be any pay hike for team lead. I'll get the same salary as what I'm now getting, also I won't get extra incentive if my team don't achieve the target. So I may get a salary less than what I'm getting now. I need a salary that is at least what I'm getting now. My Managers are forcing me to apply for this. What should I do ...
