It is a challenge to relate through electronic means, so we tried to develop a web site that provided value as well as useful information. Hopefully you have had the chance to glean a meaningful tip or two, and in the process have a sense of our consulting and coaching style.

My name is Katie Snapp and I have been consulting and training for 21 years. Katie Snapp & Bobby Holstead

After an initial career in Electrical Engineering, I started consulting for companies nationwide in process improvement, leadership development, and teambuilding. Some credentials include: Six Sigma Green Belt, certified Leadership Coach, licensure and specialty-certification in New Life Story Coaches™ Training, Instructor at the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico (MDC), and past Senior Team Leader on the Board of Examiners for Quality New Mexico (State level of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award).

My partner, Bobby N. Holstead PhD, has over 26 years of clinical, consultative, and management experience in the field of behavioral health. He received his PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Mississippi in 1978. After completing his internship at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, he served as the Clinical Psychologist at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, NM, from 1978-1981. Dr. Holstead is a performance coach and clinical psychologist and uses directive, results-oriented, and common sense approaches.

We are both old and experienced. (Well, Bobby is older than I am. Can you tell?). We are based in Albuquerque, New Mexico and provide tele-coaching nationwide.
